REFUND POLICY

Credits are a prepaid balance for digital services. This policy explains exactly when money comes back and when it cannot.

01UNPAID ORDERS

An order awaiting bank transfer can be cancelled at any time before payment — simply don't pay, or contact us and we close it. No charge applies.

02UNUSED CREDITS — 14 DAYS

Within 14 days of payment confirmation, you may request a full refund of unused credits. Partial refunds apply pro-rata if part of the package is unspent. Refunds go back via the original payment method; bank transfer refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

03SPENT CREDITS

Credits already spent on a delivered investigation are non-refundable — the service is considered consumed once the report is issued. If a report fails to generate, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

04HOW TO REQUEST

Email [email protected] (Grossmeister sp. z o.o., Wincentego Pola 7, 31-532 Kraków, Poland) from your account email with the order number (ORD-…). We confirm receipt within one business day and process approved refunds immediately after.

05STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including EU withdrawal rights for digital services where they apply.

What does Grossmeister actually do?

It investigates an appliance before you buy it. You provide a product link, a model name, or a description of what you need — the system analyzes performance, efficiency, features, reliability signals, value and long-term ownership cost, then issues a clear verdict such as BUY IT, CONSIDER or SKIP.

Can I paste a product URL?

Yes. Choose the PRODUCT LINK tab and paste the URL from any retailer or manufacturer page. The system identifies the product and investigates it. Demo investigations use sample data where live fetching is unavailable, clearly labelled as such.

Can you detect overpriced products?

Yes. The Price & Value analysis compares the asking price against an estimated product value derived from specifications, features and category benchmarks. The result is labelled GREAT VALUE, FAIR, ABOVE MARKET, OVERPRICED or UNKNOWN.

Can you estimate ownership cost?

Yes — it's a signature feature. The Ownership Cost section combines purchase price, energy, water, maintenance and consumables over a 5-year horizon, with each component labelled as an estimate.

How does credit pricing work?

Everything is priced in credits, and packages start at 50 credits. You spend credits from your balance on the investigations you need — no subscriptions, no trials.

Is there a free trial or demo plan?

No. There are no trials, demo plans or free tiers. The entry point is a 50-credit package — this keeps the investigation queue fast and the analysis honest.
