You may not: scrape or bulk-extract reports, the product library or category content; resell or republish reports as your own commercial product; share one account across unrelated organizations; probe or disrupt the service's infrastructure; or submit unlawful, deceptive or malicious content as investigation input.

Promo codes are for first-time registrations and may not be farmed across multiple accounts. Abused codes are voided and the related orders refunded less any delivered services.

Violations may lead to suspension or termination of the account. Unused credits from a terminated-for-cause account are refunded pro-rata, minus the cost of any damage or delivered services, where the law allows.
